Garden Artworks Return & Refund Policy

At Garden Artworks, we take immense pride in the craftsmanship and quality of our artisan outdoor creations. Because each piece is meticulously crafted using advanced machinery and natural materials, please review our policy below:

Damaged or Defective Items: If your birdhouse arrives damaged during transit or has a structural defect, we will gladly make it right. Please contact us at garden.artworks.oregon@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the damage, and we will issue a replacement or a full refund.
Cancellations & Returns: Because our items are made-to-order and custom-crafted, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases. However, if you have an issue with your order, please reach out to us directly so we can work together on a solution.
Natural Wood Variations: Please note that our products are made from real cedar wood and authentic rusted metal. Natural variations in wood grain, knots, and rust patterns are normal and celebrated features that make your piece completely unique.
